Ingredients
- 125 grams 80% dark chocolate
- 50 grams coconut oil
- 3 medium eggs
- 125 grams coconut sugar
- 90 grams gluten free flou
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- A pinch of course sea salt
Method

Melt chocolate and coconut oil together

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and coconut sugar until pale and fluffy – for about 5-7 mins – use a electric whisk for this

Once slightly cooled, add the melted chocolate and oil to the whipped eggs mixture

Gently fold in the gluten free flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

Transfer the mixture into the baking pan – without loosing as much volume as possible

Bake at 180 ºC for about 18-20 minutes
