Ingredients

  • 125 grams 80% dark chocolate
  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 125 grams coconut sugar
  • 90 grams gluten free flou
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • A pinch of course sea salt

    Method

  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together

  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs and coconut sugar until pale and fluffy – for about 5-7 mins – use a electric whisk for this

  • Once slightly cooled, add the melted chocolate and oil to the whipped eggs mixture

  • Gently fold in the gluten free flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

  • Transfer the mixture into the baking pan – without loosing as much volume as possible

  • Bake at 180 ºC for about 18-20 minutes

  • Enjoy your brownies (preferably while still warm), serve with berries if possible!\
